Email Confirmation:
You will receive a email once your order is completed confirming your order has been placed. This is done automatically, and will include a copy of your order along with a confirmation number.
NOTE: If you do not receive your confirmation, your server may have filtered it as Spam Mail , so please check your spam folder prior to contacting us for this information.
Orders:
No minimum order requirements.

Actual shipping time for International Orders vary do to the additional steps involved in preparing the parcels and calculating shipping cost.
Shipping :

COST:
Shipping cost will be adjusted for International Orders to the actual cost, plus $5.00 to cover additional processing fees occurred, with a $8.00 minimum charge.

METHOD:
Many parcels will need to be shipped using Priority Service to enable us to Insure the parcel. A notice will be sent to confirm this cost prior to shipping and will be held until we receive a confirmation from the purchaser.
LIMITATIONS:
There are occations when we are not able to insure parcels, or there are limited amounts we are allowed to insure. Therefore, we do retain the right to cancel a order based on this enability.
International Shipping and Customs Disclosure:

The Finishing Touch ships all international orders via the United States Postal Service, refered to as USPS.
A Customs Number is supplied from the USPS for each package we ship internationally, and is documented in our records. This number can be supplied to you, the purchaser, upon request. This number can be used by you to check the status of your international order once it as been received by your country.
Most countries require duties and/or taxes to be paid on imports. It is up to you, the purchaser, to understand your country's import laws, how to pay duties owed if accessed, and how to contact your Customs agency to check the status of your import. We will not mark packages as gift/sample, nor falsify the value of items in an attempt to circumvent your country's import taxes. The only time packages will be marked as gifts or samples is if they indeed fit that criteria.
The Finishing Touch and the USPS are not responsible for any laws/restrictions, duties, or package loss that prevents your order from being delivered once it has arrived in its destination country and left the possession of the USPS. The Finishing Touch and the USPS are also not responsible for any damage your items may have received once they have left the possession of the USPS, nor can we regulate the length of time that the customs department in any given county can hold your package for inspection.
The Finishing Touch will not refund or replace any order once it has arrived at its country of destination, unless it arrived in a defective state that is not related to damages that were caused by your country's Customs or postal carriers.
If your package does not arrive in the expected amount of time 2 - 3 weeks for USPS Priority Mail International or within 6 weeks for USPS First Class mailings. please reply to your order confirmation e-mail informing us of this issue immediately. We will then request an investigation by USPS. Once The Finishing Touch has confirmed that the package was not delivered and was most likely lost we will request the package to be returned to us if found. Once returned, you will then be refunded for the amount of the order, but excluding the shipping cost.
The Finishing Touch can only refund your order for up to 60-days following its placement. If we are not notified in a timely manner, you may forfeit any possible refund.
